1900's
1900 – Frank II purchases 90 acres of Bremer flood plain and plants much of it to vines.
1903 – While out shooting rabbits, Henry (Fiddle) Potts accidentally wounds Frank on the side of the head with a stray bullet. He spent some time in hospital at nearby Strathalbyn eventually making a full recovery.
1917 – Frank Potts II passes away at home at Bleasdale.
1920 – Fiddle wins his first State Title in pigeon shooting on the grounds of the Morning Star Hotel at Wistow. For this distinction he won a gold pocket watch which was his pride and joy.
1927 – Fiddle marries his next door neighbour Effie, who he had known all his life.
1927 – Born in South Broken Hill on November 2nd Lenny Potts is the first child for Fiddle and Effie.
