1850 – Frank Potts I buys his first parcel of land on the fertile banks of the river Bremer in Langhorne Creek and sets about farming.
1859 – Frank Potts II is born at Bleasdale
1888 – Frank Potts II married Alice Elizabeth Bridgeman from Blakiston, a small town between Mount Barker and Nairne.
1890 – Frank Potts I passes away and Frank Potts II takes over the running of Bleasdale.
1892 – The giant red gum press at Bleasdale is constructed by Frank Potts II sons, Fred and Henry (Fiddle) Potts.
